The Mission of the Pelican Point Golf Community Board is to govern the affairs of the
organization in order to protect property values and ensure a safe environment
that enhances the quality of life and promotes community spirit.
The Pelican Point Golf Community Homeowners Association (PPHOA) is a non-profit corporation with By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation that govern the organization. Additionally the restrictions for each filing within Pelican Point GC serve as guiding documents for our residents.
The organization has currently a 12 member board and four officers who are charged with managing the corporation. There are two sister organizations, The Greens at Pelican Point and The Commons at Pelican Point, whose residents belong to PPHOA in addition to their own homeowners organization. Both of these organizations have representation on the PPHOA board. Our board members serve without pay and are elected to three year terms at the annual meeting that is held in August.
